Peacemaker Rock is an Ordovician limestone outcrop in Lime Gulch located in the southwest part of the Shasta Valley.

Rich Nidveer first told me about the Shasta Wildlife Area in the northern Shasta Valley just east of Montague. The SWA has the best public access to many cairns, stone lines, ground patterns and Decorated Mima Mounds in the Valley. Twenty five miles north of Mt. Shasta.
